Delivery is $0 on any order of $20 or more. Orders below $20 are charged the standard $1.99-$3.99 delivery fee based on distance.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?
You set substitution preferences once and review them at checkout. If an item is short-picked, we apply your preferred substitution or issue an automatic partial refund before delivery.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Plus, Family, and Office memberships are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. You keep benefits through the end of your billing period.
What is the Express SLA add-on?
For $1.99 per order, you can request delivery in under 15 minutes where available. This option shows up at checkout when your zone supports it.
Are there surge pricing fees?
During peak demand, a 1.2x-1.6x multiplier may apply to the delivery fee. The final amount is always shown before you confirm checkout, so there are no surprises.
